serendipity

there's a word for finding happiness without looking for it. that's what you are to me.

you came into my life like the happiest dream, like a calico cat that  came to meet me.

the warmest of smiles on the grayest of days, starriest of eyes, twinkling from planets away

the softest of lips, like a sour sweet plum and your little animated hands with pink tinted fingertips, 

i say

i want it. everything that is you. 

beautiful, is everything that makes you. 

you are all i want and more than anything i could ask for. the perfect dream and the greatest promise.

 in simple sweats and a white tee, your baseball cap hangs low, your presence forms a halo.

you look like an angel, baby. 

your black leather jacket, with ankle boots, chrome heart ear piercings and multiple metal rings,

 an ironically non enigmatic being.

i say

i want it. everything that is you. 

 you radiate love as far as it can go, your words make a bridge so i don't have to row.

i never walk alone, your pinky around mine, you sing to me, lullabies of white snow.

i feel you through miles, sweet whispers of your name,

in the flowers, the grass and the winds that

carry it to me just the same.

your voice feels like silk running down my throat, the finest of champagne.

i say

i need it.

 everything that is you.

 you're my muse and I can't help but long for you.  

my heart can only take so much and your existence goes higher than the skies blue.

i'm glad to be under the one same sun, that loves you just the same. 

the sun and i are friends that smile upon your name.

i believe that when it’s fate, there are no coincidences. It is inevitable by nature, but when you realize the meaning, 

It’s always too late.

so i hurried.

i chose my fate that drew me to you and i vowed to be able to love tirelessly. 

with everything i am, i give my all to you.

i see the cherry blossoms in full bloom. it's april and i see you too.

you're looking at them, smiling, your crescent like eyes almost disappearing when you do. 

there's a word for finding happiness without looking for it. 

i guess i need to look for the word now,

               because it reminds me of you.
